Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Sector (NGAS) seeks a Program Manager (PM3) for Military Programs in Clearfield, Utah. This role carries P&L responsibility, leading customer interfaces and capturing follow-on opportunities for internal NG customer programs.

The position demands extensive program management experience, a STEM degree at minimum, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across NG sectors while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years in PM/engineering or related fields.
• Master’s degree in STEM with 7–8 years preferred.
• Experience with Firm Fixed Price and cost-type contracts.
• Ability to obtain/maintain the final adjudicated Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead program strategy development and align with NGAS and OU goals.
• Manage safety, quality, schedule, delivery, and cost (P&L) for programs.
• Oversee contract negotiations and risk/opportunity management.
• Provide leadership to internal teams and drive process improvements.
