Qualifications

• Senior project manager for large-scale military construction projects.
• Oversee all phases from master planning/design to construction and operations.
• Supervise staff, assign/evaluate work, and implement EEO principles.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the Chief of Military Programs and Project Management Branch.
• Manages all aspects of military programs; defines scope, budgets, and procurement strategies.
• Establishes objectives and controls schedule, budget, and costs for the program.
• Plans and assigns work, evaluates performance, and identifies training needs.
• Manages reimbursable program to ensure funded projects align with objectives.
• Ensures customer expectations align with Corps performance using quality practices.
