Job summary

Qualifications

• 1) Managing and executing a major design and construction program.
• 2) Monitoring milestones and analyzing deviations to control cost/schedule/quality.
• 3) Leading a professional/technical team in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
• 4) Interfacing with customers and stakeholders to represent leadership and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute major design and construction programs through planning, coordination, and oversight.
• Monitor fiscal progress and analyze deviations to maintain schedule, cost, and quality commitments.
• Supervise and guide professional and technical staff in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Interface with customers and stakeholders to represent District leadership and resolve issues.
• Review and approve project management plans, resource allocations, and contract administration activities.
• Implement and enforce safety programs and promote partnering concepts to resolve disputes.
