Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, seeks a Military Operations Analyst 4 to support Large Force Exercise operations across the range complex. You will lead contractor teams, coordinate with Government personnel, and ensure effective planning, execution, and evaluation of complex missions.

Requires extensive military aviation experience and strong skills in mission scenario development, LVC training, and inter-agency coordination.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have extensive background in military aviation, range operations, or Large Force Exercise (LFE) support.
• Experience coordinating and executing live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) training missions.
• Ability to serve as primary liaison with Government personnel and multi-agency participants in support of complex training operations.
• Strong knowledge of mission scenario development and Fleet training coordination.
• Active Top Secret clearance and eligible for TS/SCI.
• Valid state Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Supports Large force Exercise (LFE) operations in accordance with contract requirements.
• Directs the work of contractor personnel directly or through supervisors.
• Point of contact for Government operations personnel on all range functions supporting LFE.
• Coordinates all mission support from mission scenario development to live/virtual/constructive operational support to post-mission debrief and evaluation.
• Develops and updates training aids and materials for mission planning; familiarizes aircrew with range capabilities and procedures.
• Supports planning and coordination for agencies participating in range operations.
