Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of ten years experience; 15 years experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Strong working knowledge of aerial target operations, logistics, mission scheduling, and range coordination.
• Must have an ACTIVE SECRET security clearance with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI.
• On-site presence with customer at Redstone Arsenal is a must.
• Ability to travel up to 35% of the time to CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Government in planning, coordination, and execution of aerial target operations.
• Plan events, oversee launch and recovery operations, and coordinate logistics and transportation.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide onsite mission support.
• Support aerial threat and target requirements for DoD and Foreign Military Sales customers.
• Participate in site assessments to evaluate launch/recovery locations, equipment needs, and range support.

The Senior Operations Analyst will assist the Government in the planning, coordination, and execution of aerial target operations. Responsibilities will include event planning, launch and recovery operations, logistics and transportation coordination, technical documentation, and onsite mission support. The successful candidate will support aerial threat and target requirements for DoD organizations and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers, and will also participate in site assessments to evaluate launch and recovery locations, equipment requirements, range support, and overall mission feasibility.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with aerial threat/target systems, threat presentation equipment, and threat operations.
• Experience supporting military range operations, logistics, and munitions/support equipment coordination.
• Experience supporting DoD aerial target, test, training, or threat-system programs and coordinating with Government and external mission-support organizations.
• TOP SECRET (TS/SCI) security clearance.
