Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of DoD operations experience.
• Strong background in joint/combined operations and planning.
• Advanced education requirements: Master's, JPME Phase II and SSS.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of strategic and operational plans incl. OPLANs/CONPLANs.
• Apply JPP to analyze requirements, develop COAs, and produce quality planning products.
• Translate guidance from senior leaders into actionable plans and directives.
• Coordinate across joint, interagency, and multinational stakeholders.
• Support planning directives and decision-quality briefing materials.
• Conduct mission analysis, risk assessments, and feasibility evaluations.
