Guidehouse is seeking a senior strategic advisor to guide executive leadership on MILCON and infrastructure capital programs in the United States. You will integrate mission priorities with fiscal constraints, lead risk assessments, and craft executive briefings for portfolio decisions.

You will coordinate master schedules, engage with DoD stakeholders, and mentor teams to strengthen capital planning and delivery across complex projects.

Formación

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, business, public administration, or related field.
• TEN+ years of experience in large-scale capital program oversight, infrastructure planning, or military construction environments.
• Experience advising senior executives or command leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in evaluating complex construction or infrastructure programs, including risk assessment, portfolio-level schedule analysis, and strategic planning.
• Proven ability to synthesize large volumes of technical, operational, and financial data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
• Strong communication skills, including ability to prepare and deliver executive-level briefings, strategy papers, and risk analyses.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate multifaceted stakeholder environments, including government, contractors, engineering firms, and installation personnel

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a senior strategic advisor to executive leadership on MILCON and infrastructure capital programs.
• Support development of enterprise-level capital investment strategies.
• Help oversee strategic assessment of capital projects and synthesize data for executive briefings.
• Evaluate program and project risks and guide leadership on mitigation strategies.
• Direct development and integration of master schedules and delivery plans across functions.
• Provide governance for program management plans and major decision points.
• Lead strategic engagement with DoW agencies, installation leadership, contracting offices, and engineering partners.
• Establish enterprise-wide methods for risk analysis, schedule integrity, and portfolio management.
• Mentor cross-functional teams to elevate governance and capital project strategy.
