Job summary

North Wind Group seeks an experienced Construction Integrator to lead on-site QA activities for MILCON projects, coordinating inspectors and ensuring compliance with contract requirements, plans, and standards.

You will liaise with project stakeholders, manage schedules, review reports, and support project closeout and turnover. Strong knowledge of UFC/UFGS, FAR, and safety standards is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years in construction management, inspection, QA, or engineering.
• 5+ years supporting DoD/MILCON programs (USACE/NAVFAC).
• Experience coordinating inspection personnel and QA activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site CQA activities across MILCON projects.
• Monitor compliance with plans, specs, codes, and standards.
• Review inspection reports, deficiency logs, and corrective actions.
• Serve as liaison between management, inspectors, contractors, designers, and government reps.
• Maintain inspection schedules and coverage throughout all phases.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate timely resolutions with stakeholders.
• Participate in pre-construction and progress meetings and closeout activities.
• Support RFIs, changes, and construction-related documentation.
• Provide routine status updates to leadership.
