Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our Weld Team for the evening shift (Mon-Thu 3:30pm-2:00am). The role focuses on producing high-quality welds to meet customer specifications with efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years MIG welding/fabricator experience.
• Able to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Weld mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Determine welding method per blueprint if not stated.
• Perform first piece check and submit to QA for inspection.
• Maintain production records to ensure correct part counts.
• Organize work by complexity and estimated completion time.
• Other responsibilities as required.

Job Duties

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Ensure materials meet customer specifications by determining the welding method to be used if it is not stated on the blueprint.
• Ensure parts are welded correctly by performing the first piece check and submitting it to quality assurance for inspection prior to completing the entire job.
• Ensure production of the correct number of parts by maintaining records on production
• Ensure efficient and timely processing of various job orders by organizing work to be performed according to complexity, method used, anticipated completion time, etc.
• Other responsibilities as required.

• Can work M-Th, 330pm-2am
• 3+ YEARS MIG Welding/Fabricator experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds
• Can weld mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency
