WEBCO MFG in Kansas is seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator for the evening shift (Mon-Thu 3:30pm-2:00am). The role focuses on producing high quality welds while meeting customer specifications in a production environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of MIG welding and fabricator experience, reads blueprints and welding symbols, and can weld mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel. We offer an ESOP, performance reviews, and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years MIG welding/fabrication experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Able to weld flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Proficient with mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Determine welding methods to meet specifications when not stated on blueprints.
• Perform first piece check and submit to QA before completing entire job.
• Maintain records to ensure correct number of parts and timely production.
