Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with oil and gas knowledge.
- 5-10 years in oil/gas production or midstream operations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement optimization opportunities across gas, oil, water, and produced fluids.
- Develop dashboards and tools to monitor performance and throughput.
- Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Commercial teams.
- Support RCA and continuous improvement initiatives.
