Job summary

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Pipelines, SWD, Commercial, and Technology teams to enhance performance and asset utilization.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, field engagement, and the ability to translate insights into practical operational improvements while traveling up to 25% to field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and understanding of oil and gas production operations.
• 5–10 years of experience in oil and gas production, midstream, or operations engineering.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across technical and operations teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools to monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support throughput, asset utilization, and flow assurance across gas, oil, water, and produced fluids.
• Analyze data and field observations to translate insights into actionable operational solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Commercial teams on optimization initiatives.
• Assist in risk reduction and continuous improvement of response plans.
