Job summary

Crescent Energy is seeking a seasoned Midstream Superintendent to oversee daily operations, maintenance and management of pipelines, storage, and SWD injection wells from the Midland office. You will travel to field sites across Midland and Delaware basins to ensure safe, efficient performance.

The role demands 15+ years in oilfield operations with at least 5 years in supervision, a strong engineering background, and solid project management skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in engineering field preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years oilfield experience including 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong technical background in well design and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee safe, efficient operation of midstream infrastructure.
• Direct and manage field teams, foremen, operators, and crews; ensure safety training and evaluations.
• Maintenance & repairs: coordinate maintenance, repairs, and improvements to minimize disruptions.
• Safety & compliance: ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, environmental standards and internal policies.
• Budget management: support CAPEX and LOE budgets with cost-effective resource allocation.
• Coordination: work with engineering/construction on expansions and schedule oversight.
• Regulatory reporting: ensure timely regulatory submissions and maintain records.
• Asset optimization: analyze data to increase throughput and reduce costs.
• Emergency response: lead response to incidents and coordinate with agencies.
