Job summary

Crescent Energy seeks a Midstream Superintendent based in Midland to oversee daily operations, maintenance and management of pipelines, storage facilities and SWD wells. The role requires leadership of field personnel, contractors, and alignment with safety and regulatory standards.

You will partner with engineering and commercial teams to optimize throughput, manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets, and ensure timely regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• 15 years oilfield experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
• Experience in Permian Basin production operations is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership and contractor management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe operation of midstream infrastructure.
• Direct field teams and manage contractors.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to maximize throughput.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT and internal policies.
• Prepare and manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
• Collaborate with engineering for expansions and system upgrades.
• Regulatory reporting including H-5 and T-4.
• Lead emergency response and incident investigations.
