Job summary

Seneca Resources Company, LLC seeks a seasoned engineer to lead field supervision, maintenance, and reliability across midstream assets in the U.S. You will oversee projects from concept to commissioning and drive capital and LOE budgeting with strong regulatory knowledge.

You will manage engineering staff, ensure adherence to EHSQ standards, and coordinate with contractors while optimizing asset performance and compliance in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in oil and gas upstream/midstream operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline.
• Upstream/midstream design and operation experience.
• Working knowledge of PUC/PHMSA regulations.
• Experience with pipeline modeling software such as Synergi preferred.
• LOE/O&M budget management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision of the Field Supervisor and Field Operators, ensuring safe and efficient day-to-day operation, maintenance, and reliability of assets.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations, establish performance objectives, support development, and ensure staffing, training, and succession planning.
• Learns, promotes and supports EHSQ policies, standards and procedures for safety excellence.
• Provide technical and managerial oversight of the Project Engineer in capital and operational projects from concept through commissioning.
• Develop, manage, and forecast annual capital and LOE budgets and long-term asset planning.
• Oversee third-party engineers, contractors, inspectors, and vendors to meet standards, compliance, budget and schedule.
