Job summary

Seneca Resources Company, LLC, the upstream/midstream subsidiary of National Fuel Gas Company, seeks a Pipeline, Facilities & Installations Supervisor for Pittsburgh, PA. The role leads the Field Supervisor and Operators to ensure safe, reliable operation of pipeline, compression, and facility assets.

Responsibilities include project oversight, capital/LOE budgeting, and coordination with third-party engineers and contractors to meet company standards, budgets, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in oil and gas upstream/midstream operations.
• Upstream/midstream design and operation experience.
• Working knowledge of PUC/PHMSA regulations.
• Experience with pipeline modeling software such as Synergi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision of the Field Supervisor and Field Operators, ensuring safe and efficient day-to-day operation, maintenance, and reliability of pipeline, compression, and facility assets.
• Develop, manage, and forecast annual capital and LOE budgets, including project prioritization, expenditure tracking, and long-term asset planning.
• Manage and provide technical oversight of third-party engineering consultants, construction contractors, inspectors, and vendors to ensure projects and operations meet company standards, regulatory requirements, budget objectives, and schedule commitments.
• Lead front-end engineering and development of pipeline, compression, and facility projects, including route evaluation, capacity planning, equipment selection, preliminary design, cost estimating, and project scoping.
• Direct maintenance and reliability programs for pipeline, compression, and facility assets to maximize system availability, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and management of operating procedures, maintenance procedures, emergency response documentation, and field operator training programs.
