Job summary

Seneca Resources Company, LLC seeks an experienced Facilities, Pipeline and Installations Supervisor to lead field teams, oversee projects, and ensure safe, reliable operations across pipelines, compression, and facilities in the Appalachian region.

The role requires 10+ years in oil and gas, a engineering degree, and strong knowledge of PHMSA/PUC regulations, with a hybrid work schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
Minimum 10 years in oil and gas upstream/midstream.
Upstream/midstream design and operation experience.
Working knowledge of PUC/PHMSA regulations.
Experience with pipeline modeling software such as Synergi preferred.
Leadership experience is a plus.
LOE/O&M budget management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead Field Supervisors and Operators to ensure safe, reliable operations.
Develop and manage capital and LOE budgets.
Oversee third-party engineering and contractors to meet standards.
Lead front-end engineering for pipeline, compression, and facilities.
Ensure regulatory compliance and governance programs.
Support ongoing maintenance and reliability programs.
