Job summary

HF Sinclair is seeking a Lead Mechanical Integrity Specialist to drive MI programs across multiple refinery locations, leading risk-based strategies, inspections, and governance. You will collaborate with Operations, Reliability, Engineering, and third-party providers to ensure safe, compliant asset performance.

This role requires at least 10 years in MI, strong regulation knowledge, and leadership across cross-functional teams in a Midstream environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; Mechanical or Corrosion preferred.
• Professional Engineer or API/NACE certifications preferred.
• 10+ years in Mechanical or Pipeline Integrity or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead MI program development and governance across locations.
• Develop MI standards, inspection strategies, metrics.
• Oversee pipelines, terminals, tanks, vessels, piping, and associated assets.
• Monitor KPIs and report integrity risks.
• Support audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
