Job summary

Corporation Service Company is seeking a seasoned Senior Middleware Messaging Engineer to lead architecture and delivery of enterprise-grade, geo-distributed messaging and streaming integrations. The role emphasizes low latency, high throughput, and resilience across data centers and cloud regions.

You will mentor engineers, define standards for deployment and monitoring, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in event-driven Architecture (EDA) and middleware messaging integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, or similar platforms.
• Experience with streaming integrations (Kafka Streams, Stream Native, Red Panda).
• Cloud-native messaging services across AWS, Azure, GCP in multi-region deployments.
• Containerized deployments (Kubernetes, Docker) for messaging platforms.
• Geo-replication, cross-datacenter mirroring, regional routing for messaging workloads.
• Design for high availability, fault tolerance, and low-latency performance under high volume.
• 10–12 years in middleware messaging integration roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of middleware messaging and streaming integrations.
• Design and deploy messaging infrastructure across multiple geographies and data centers.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement messaging/streaming technologies matching requirements.
• Drive Event-Driven Architecture best practices across integration initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable geo-distributed designs.
• Ensure availability, fault tolerance, and performance under high-volume conditions.
• Define deployment, monitoring, and operations standards across regions via automation.
• Mentor junior engineers on integration patterns and geo-distribution strategies.
