Job summary

Corporation Service Company (CSC) seeks a Senior Middleware Messaging Engineer to lead architecture and implementation of enterprise middleware and streaming-based integrations across geo-distributed data centers. You will drive low-latency, high-availability messaging platforms and mentor engineers.

You will work with cloud-native messaging services and containerized deployments (Kubernetes, Docker) to ensure HA/DR and regional routing, while automating deployment, monitoring, and operations

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of middleware messaging integration experience.
• Hands-on expertise in event-driven architecture and messaging design patterns.
• Experience with cloud-native messaging services and multi-region deployments.
• Containerized deployments with Kubernetes and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of middleware messaging and streaming-based integration solutions.
• Design and deploy messaging infrastructure across multiple geographic locations and data centers with low latency.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement messaging/streaming technologies based on business needs.
• Drive EDA best practices across integration initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, geo-distributed designs.
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and performance under high-volume traffic.
• Design active-active and active-passive multi-datacenter topologies with automated failover and DR.
• Define and enforce deployment/monitoring/operations standards via automation.
• Mentor junior engineers on integration patterns and geo-distribution strategies.
