Focus Capital Markets is seeking a hands-on lead technologist to architect and build middle office systems for post-execution activities across trade capture, analytics, reconciliation, settlements, and hedge fund accounting. You will lead a team of 5-10 engineers and influence both product direction and technical strategy.

Responsabilités

• Lead architectural design of greenfield middle office systems.
• Direct a team of 5-10 engineers and guide delivery.
