Senior Java Developer (Hedge Fund Trading Tech)

Focus Capital Markets is supporting its asset manager and private hedge fund, which operates across multiple asset classes and strategies. We are looking for a senior hands‑on software engineer with Java expertise to build and improve all applications and tools that facilitate the day‑to‑day performance of fixed income trading systems and overall buy‑side operations, such as performance engines, hedge fund accounting systems, etc.

$175,000.00/yr - $600,000.00/yr

One of the first projects is to build a new middle and back office trading and settlements platform from scratch in a scalable fashion that leverages modern technologies and can withstand the test of time.

You will write new code every day, so we need someone who is senior but still looks for new technical challenges.

A strong background in fixed income technology is required to succeed in this position.
