Job summary

World Insurance Associates in New Jersey seeks an experienced broker to independently lead client service, strategy, and renewal messaging for larger middle-market accounts.

You will collaborate with senior colleagues on complex renewals, manage mid-market placements, and review coverages to deliver tailored service plans. A state Property & Casualty license and 3–5 years of commercial P&C experience are required, with a high school diploma as minimum.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty with understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver WIA service plan.
• Prepare strategy and renewal messaging for market-leading accounts.
• Review exposures against coverages and perform gap analyses.
• Lead mid-market placements with SME support for efficient processes.
• Review, finalize, and participate in renewal meetings.
• Document orders to bind and review binder accuracy.
• Participate in post-renewal meetings and stewardship planning.
• Oversee confirmations of coverage, policies, endorsements, and audits.
