Qualifications

• 7+ years in content marketing, content strategy, or integrated marketing for a B2B audience, ideally SaaS/fintech.
• Portfolio spanning multiple formats and funnel stages.
• Strong content operations skills — briefs, calendars, pipelines, agency/freelancer management.

Responsibilities

• Own the content roadmap and execution for assigned mid-market personas and journey stages.
• Translate persona insights into concrete content plans and drive publication.
• Run the mid-market content calendar and production pipeline to ensure on-time delivery.
• Create and edit high-impact content—thought leadership, web copy, nurture content, event narratives.
• Partner with demand generation, field marketing, and ABM to fuel campaigns and build distribution plans.
• Work with product marketing to translate capabilities into buyer-relevant stories.
• Track content performance and iterate on formats, topics, and channels.
• Scale the content engine with templates, standards, and reusable models.
