Intuit in Mountain View seeks a Content Strategy Principal to own end-to-end content strategy for the mid-market audience, mapping content to the buyer journey and personas, and defining the mid-market narrative across campaigns, field, web, and sales channels.
This principal-level IC will build persona definitions grounded in research, drive a scalable content supply chain with briefs and AI capabilities, and measure engagement to sharpen strategy across formats.
Mid-market buyers don’t care about our products, they care about their problems. As Content Strategy Principal, you will own the end-to-end content strategy for Intuit’s mid-market audience, building a content engine that is mapped to the buyer journey and to the personas we sell to: their roles, their pain points, and the questions they’re actually asking at each stage, not our product taxonomy.
