Job summary

RATP Dev USA is hiring Mechanic A (Senior Technician) and Mechanic B (Mid-Level Technician) to diagnose, repair, and maintain buses and heavy equipment.

You will mentor junior technicians, perform advanced repairs, and lead safety and efficiency initiatives in a 24/7 operations environment. Strong diagnostic skills and ASE certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with Air Brake and Passenger Endorsements required.
• EPA Section 608/609 certifications required.
• ASE H-Series or T-Series certifications: at least two of the listed types.
• High school diploma or GED required; two+ years vocational/technical training preferred.
• One to two years of vocational training for Mechanic B; diesel/heavy equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex vehicle issues.
• Mentor Mechanic B and Mechanic C technicians.
• Perform advanced repairs on heavy-duty components.
• Provide leadership and hands-on instruction to the team.
• Support team development through coaching and training.
