Job summary

RATP Dev WakeGoWake is seeking an experienced Mechanic B/C Tech to maintain and repair our transit fleet. You will diagnose and fix braking, fuel, and electrical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and document work via electronic systems.

The role requires a safety-first mindset, teamwork, and the ability to work in a 24/7 environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preferred technical training or ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Evidence of a safety-first attitude.
• One year progressive heavy equipment maintenance preferred.
• Two years technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must have computer skills to repair sub-components of buses.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair brake, fuel, emission and driveline systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Test drive and operate vehicles to verify repairs.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and records.
