Job summary

EY is expanding its Microsoft Enterprise Platform capability and hiring multiple Managers to drive security-focused solutions across AI, Security, and Cloud. You will shape opportunities, architect security solutions, and lead delivery on enterprise-scale programs for large clients.

The role requires 5+ years in cybersecurity/cloud/AI, Microsoft ecosystem experience, and strong client-facing consulting skills, with travel ~25%+. EY offers a hybrid work model and a broad total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or enterprise technology.
• Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, AI, or Dynamics).
• Ability to operate across Sales (pre-sales) and Delivery (program leadership).
• Experience supporting solutioning, proposals, or pre-sales in complex Microsoft environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape client opportunities, architect Microsoft-based security solutions, and support go-to-market strategy.
• Lead solution design, deal execution, and client-centric innovation on security projects.
• Lead delivery or solutioning of MS Enterprise Platform engagements across AI, Security, and Cloud.
• Design and implement enterprise-scale Microsoft security solutions aligned to business outcomes.
• Mentor teams and collaborate with sales, architecture, and delivery to drive outcomes.
