Job summary

EY is launching a Microsoft Enterprise Platform capability within its National Consulting Microsoft Cybersecurity practice and hiring multiple Managers to build and scale this capability across AI, Security, and Cloud domains. You will shape opportunities, design security architectures, and lead delivery for large-scale Microsoft engagements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cybersecurity/cloud/enterprise tech, strong client-facing consulting skills, and experience in Microsoft ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or enterprise technology.
• Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, AI, or Dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to operate across Sales (pre-sales, proposals, solutioning) and Delivery (execution, program leadership).
• Experience supporting solutioning, proposals, or pre-sales activities within complex Microsoft environments.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience managing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shaping client opportunities, architecting Microsoft-based security solutions, and supporting go-to-market strategy.
• Lead delivery or solutioning of Microsoft Enterprise Platform engagements across AI, Security, and Cloud.
• Design and implement enterprise-scale Microsoft security solutions aligned to business outcomes.
• Act as a team leader, presales subject matter expert, and delivery lead for stakeholders across security, identity, data, and cloud architecture.
• Collaborate across sales, architecture, and delivery teams to drive successful client outcomes.
