Job summary

EY is launching a next-generation Microsoft Enterprise Platform capability within our National Consulting Microsoft Cybersecurity practice. We are hiring multiple Managers to help build, scale, and deliver this capability across AI, Security, and Cloud domains.

The role focuses on shaping and delivering enterprise-grade Microsoft security solutions, including solution design, deal execution, and client-centric innovation. Expect a hybrid work model with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or enterprise technology
• Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, AI, or Dynamics)
• Demonstrated ability to operate across sales (pre-sales, proposals, solutioning) and delivery (execution, program leadership)
• Experience supporting solutioning, proposals, or pre-sales activities within complex Microsoft environments
• Strong client-facing consulting experience managing senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Shape client opportunities by architecting Microsoft-based security solutions
• Lead solution design, deal execution, and pre-sales strategy across AI, Security, and Cloud domains
• Deliver enterprise-scale Microsoft security solutions aligned to business outcomes
• Lead delivery or solutioning across Microsoft Enterprise Platform engagements
• Build, mentor, and lead consulting teams to scale capabilities
