Job summary

EY is building a next-generation Microsoft Enterprise Platform capability within its National Consulting Microsoft Cybersecurity practice. We are hiring Managers to shape, scale, and deliver enterprise-grade security solutions across AI, Security, and Cloud domains.

You will lead solution design, deal execution, and client-focused innovation, working across Azure, Microsoft 365, Defender/Sentinel, and data platforms. Travel ~25%+ is expected in client engagements and delivery efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or enterprise technology.
• Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, AI, or Dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to operate across Sales (pre-sales, proposals, solutioning) and Delivery (execution, program leadership)

Responsibilities

• Shaping client opportunities, architecting Microsoft-based security solutions, and supporting go-to-market strategy.
• Lead delivery or solutioning of Microsoft Enterprise Platform engagements across AI, Security, and Cloud.
• Design and implement enterprise-scale Microsoft security solutions aligned to business outcomes
• Act as a team leader, presales subject matter expert, and delivery lead for stakeholders across security, identity, data, and cloud architecture
• Collaborate across sales, architecture, and delivery teams to drive successful client outcomes
