The Senior Microsoft Security Consultant will lead service delivery teams and oversee identity management and endpoint security projects for enterprise and public sector clients.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with Microsoft and other stakeholders, and pursue certifications to stay current with security offerings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years’ client-facing professional services experience or 7+ years related industry experience.
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified Security Operations Analyst Associate and Security Administrator Associate.

Responsibilities

• Work with Microsoft Security and Identity Management implementation projects: upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, security policy design, admin, and user training.
• Collaborate with internal teams, end-users, and Microsoft on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of MS Teams per contract SLAs.
• Mentor Consultants, Engineers and Technicians on technical and soft skills.
• Serve as a technical authority to advise, implement, and manage complex solution deployments for clients.
• Pursue relevant certifications and training for Microsoft Endpoint Security and Identity Management.
• Represent Softchoice as a technical expert at trade shows, events, and speaking engagements.

• Maintain a highly visible, client-facing role and align delivery with a detailed Statement of Work.
