Job summary

Softchoice is seeking a Microsoft Security Architect within the Professional Services organization to design, plan, and architect technology solutions based on identity management and workplace security for enterprise and public sector clients.

You will act as the technical authority for Identity Management and Workplace Security engagements, leading upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, security enhancements, administration, and user training while collaborating with Microsoft

Qualifications

• Computer Science / Information Technology degree or diploma or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• 8+ years’ work experience in a client-facing professional services role, or 10+ years of related, progressively senior industry experience.
• Updated Certifications and training to include; Microsoft Certified Security Operations Analyst Associate, and Security Administrator Associate.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and architect identity management and workplace security solutions for enterprise and public sector clients.
• Serve as the technical authority to lead Identity Management and Workplace Security engagements including upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, and training.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Microsoft representatives on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of MS Teams and related security tools.
• Advise on, implement, and manage complex solution deployments with a strong customer interaction focus.
• Pursue relevant certifications and training to stay current in Microsoft Endpoint Security and Identity Management.
