Job summary

Spyglass Solutions seeks a senior, client-facing Microsoft Purview & Security Architect to lead assessments, workshops, pilots, and implementations across multiple client projects. This role translates business and regulatory needs into practical Purview, Entra ID, and AI governance designs.

You will configure, test, and validate solutions, manage competing priorities, and enable sustainable adoption with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft security, compliance, identity, or data-governance experience with customer-facing consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, stakeholder interviews, assessments, design workshops, and implementation workstreams with diverse teams.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Purview across M365, endpoints, cloud, and data—incl. DLP, retention, labels, DSPM, eDiscovery.
