Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in the Data Protection and Privacy team to lead Microsoft Purview workstreams and guide architecture across data protection, privacy, and security domains. You will translate complex requirements into practical designs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant solutions.

The role requires experience with Purview, governance, and security controls, with the ability to mentor others and shape delivery assets for client engagements in large enterprises.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of data protection, information governance, privacy, compliance, and security concepts.
• Experience designing or implementing Microsoft Purview in an enterprise.
• Ability to translate business, legal, privacy, regulatory, and security requirements into architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead Purview workstreams including discovery, requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment planning.
• Design and support Purview capabilities such as information protection, retention, DLP, and data governance.
• Translate requirements into architecture diagrams, decision papers, and implementation guidance.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute reusable assets and delivery methods.
