Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Manager in our Program and Project Management (PPM) practice to lead complex Microsoft programs and major workstreams. You will serve as a delivery leader, partnering with VP- and Director-level stakeholders to drive schedule, quality, and client satisfaction across Dynamics 365 ERP/CE, Power Platform, and Azure services.

You’ll guide AI-enabled transformations using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI Service, establish governance, and apply hybrid delivery methods.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering enterprise programs in a management consulting environment.
• Proven delivery of Microsoft-based programs with budgets of $3M+ and teams of 8+.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 ERP/CE, Power Platform, and Azure services.
• Experience with OCM on enterprise Microsoft implementations.
• Client-facing with VP- and Director-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Microsoft programs and workstreams with multi-million budgets and 10–20 resources.
• Manage multi-workstream initiatives across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure integration.
• Lead AI-enabled transformation programs leveraging Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI.
• Establish governance: RAID, financial tracking, and executive reporting.
• Apply hybrid delivery methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, waterfall).
• Lead OCM activities affecting 100–500+ users; drive adoption readiness.
• Support data and analytics delivery using Fabric, Power BI, and Purview.
• Partner with Directors on escalations and program-level risk management.
