Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active TS clearance and SCI eligibility (SSBI).
• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years full-stack development; 5+ years with C#/.Net; experience with Angular/React.
• Experience designing REST/GraphQL APIs and integration adapters.
• Hands-on CI/CD with automated testing and controlled deployments.
• MS SQL Server design, development, and ETL/ELT processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack web apps using C#, .NET, Angular, and React.
• Create REST/GraphQL services and enterprise adapters.
• Establish API versioning, authentication, error handling, and docs.
• Implement DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines with tests and gated deployment.
• Design data architectures across SQL DBs, data lakes, and EDWs.
• Lead QA: unit, integration, end-to-end, accessibility, security tests.
• Ensure accessibility and security across unclassified/classified networks.
• Develop low-code solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Produce docs, runbooks, and ensure government data rights.
