Job summary

Comprehensive Power, Inc. seeks a Microsoft Platforms Developer to support EKMS services under a BPA for U.S. Combatant Command from MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL.

You will develop full-stack apps with C#, .NET, Angular/React, and SQL, and deliver low-code solutions on Power Apps and Power Automate. Responsibilities include building REST/GraphQL services, CI/CD pipelines, accessible UI components, and thorough testing across NFRs and security standards. U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active Secret clearance or higher.
• 4+ years of professional software development with C#/ .NET and a modern JS framework (Angular or React).
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and SQL against relational databases.
• Experience in CI/CD workflows and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design, code, test, and document full-stack web apps using C#, .NET, Angular, React, and SQL.
• Build stateless REST or GraphQL services with proper versioning and authentication.
• Develop with CI/CD pipelines, gated PRs, and change control.
• Create accessible, responsive UIs using component-based patterns and design systems.
• Develop low-code/no-code solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Instrument telemetry, logs, and alerts to monitor usage and performance.
