Job summary

TrueTandem is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to drive enterprise applications on the Power Platform and Dynamics 365, delivering hands-on development and architecture leadership. The role focuses on integrating diverse systems with Azure services to support government and commercial projects.

You will lead PoCs/MVPs, align technology choices with business needs, and contribute to agile delivery within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience developing applications using Microsoft Dynamics, D365, and Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Pages).
• Minimum 5 years total IT experience.
• Advanced capabilities in Power Platform and Dynamics development.
• Strong experience integrating Power Platform with Azure, Data Factory, Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and strategy in the development of enterprise applications.
• Deliver hands-on Power Platform development to streamline and automate organizational processes.
• Develop PoCs and MVPs to demonstrate business value and iterate.
• Integrate Power Platform with Azure, Data Factory, Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
• Lead the definition of back-end solutions for Power Platform, including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, or other databases.
