Qualifications

• Significant experience with enterprise messaging systems focusing on Exchange and 365.
• Microsoft Exchange Online or Microsoft 365 Expert certifications with hands-on hybrid/on-prem experience.
• Ability to manage mail flow, transport rules, connectors, security configs; PowerShell automation.
• Strong knowledge of AD/Azure AD and Microsoft Graph/EWS/REST integrations.
• Proven leadership in complex technical initiatives with stakeholder engagement.
