Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 technologies, SharePoint Online, Power BI, or BI solutions within a professional service or similarly regulated environment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Microsoft certifications across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, Power Platform, or Power BI are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, governance, content management, permissions, metadata, content types, and search functionality.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing Power BI solutions, including: Power Query, DAX, Semantic Models, Dataflows, Row-Level Security, Workspace Administration

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and support SharePoint Online environments, including sites, document libraries, metadata structures, security permissions, and information architecture.
• Administer and support the OneDrive environment, ensuring synchronization, data protection, backup processes, and endpoint integration operate effectively.
• Configure and maintain Entra ID (Azure AD) identity services, including Single Sign-On (SSO), access management, and authentication controls.
• Partner with cloud and infrastructure teams to evaluate, implement, and support Microsoft Copilot agents and AI-powered productivity solutions.
• Develop and maintain governance standards, best practices, and operational procedures across SharePoint Online, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
• Ensure appropriate controls are implemented around security, permissions, information management, retention, and compliance requirements.
• Design, develop, and support Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, dataflows, and workspaces.
• Integrate and manage approved data sources within Power BI, including data modelling, transformation, cleansing, refresh scheduling, and performance optimization.
• Deliver actionable business intelligence solutions that improve visibility into operational performance and support informed decision-making.
• Evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies and reporting capabilities to enhance the firm's analytics and reporting landscape.
• Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate workflows and Power Apps integrations.
• Identify opportunities to automate business processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual administrative effort.
• Support lifecycle management, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across collaboration and business productivity platforms.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support and escalation assistance across Microsoft 365 collaboration, reporting, and analytics services.
• Work closely with technology leadership to enhance platform stability, user adoption, operational support processes, and service delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities
