Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a Sr. Engineering Systems Administrator for Microsoft 365 in Irvine, CA. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting a secure, scalable M365 environment while aligning with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a decade of Microsoft 365 experience, strong identity and access management skills, and a certification preference. On-site work at Irvine; collaboration with global IT teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/IS or equivalent practical 10+ years of IT experience.
• 10 years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration and engineering.
• Microsoft Certification preferred.
• ITIL awareness is highly preferred.
• Core Microsoft 365 Platform Expertise including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID).
• Lead architecture decisions for hybrid and cloud-first environments.
• Manage M365 tenant, licensing, and service configurations.
• Monitor service health and resolve issues proactively.
• Implement security controls including Defender for Office 365 and Purview.
