Berkshire Hathaway Automotive is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join the IT team at our Irving, TX headquarters. The role centers on administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online, with a focus on identity management, device management, security, and cloud migration.

You will support Tier-3 escalations, maintain security controls, and contribute to continuous improvement while working onsite in Irving.

Formación

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 in a production environment.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, Hybrid Exchange, Exchange Online, and Microsoft security tools.
• Experience with Active Directory and Hybrid Exchange environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
• Authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsabilidades

• Identity & Access Management (Entra ID): Administer Entra ID users, groups, roles, and licensing; implement Conditional Access, MFA, and identity security controls; lead Active Directory to Entra ID migrations; monitor logs and respond to identity issues.
• Endpoint & Device Management (Intune): Administer Windows and mobile devices; maintain device compliance policies and update rings; support Autopilot and MDM/MAM enrollment; troubleshoot endpoint issues.
• Security & Compliance: Administer Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Office 365; implement Secure Score improvements; configure DLP, retention, and labeling policies; verify backups and disaster recovery testing.
• Messaging & Collaboration (Exchange Online): Administer mailboxes and permissions; support transition to cloud-managed Exchange Online; monitor mail flow and protections; support mailbox auditing and eDiscovery; resolve messaging escalations.
• Operations & Escalations: Tier-2/3 escalation for Microsoft 365 issues; perform root cause analysis; maintain runbooks; collaborate with senior engineers and security teams.
