Job summary

Enormous Enterprise LLC in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Systems Administrator IV to lead administration, licensing, and governance of the Microsoft 365 platform (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Copilot, Entra ID). The role requires extensive IT experience and on-site work for a long-term contract.

You will own collaboration platform strategies, ensure platform reliability, enforce identity controls, and strengthen security across Microsoft 365 services while mentoring teammates

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with 15 years IT experience, or an Associate's with 10 years, or a Bachelor's with 8 years.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, licensing, and governance.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Copilot, Entra ID, and related security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end administration and governance of the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Monitor roadmap and evaluate capabilities for business value and security fit.
• Provide Tier 3 support; perform root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Manage identity and access via Entra ID including SSO, MFA, access reviews.
• Enhance platform security with Purview, DLP, retention, eDiscovery, and pre-rollout hardening.
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement scalable Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
