Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, seeks a Systems Administrator IV for a 12-month hybrid assignment in Tulsa, OK. The role covers end-to-end Microsoft 365 administration across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID, delivering Tier 3 support and technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Deep Enterprise Microsoft 365 administration experience required.
• Hands-on Exchange Online administration required.
• Hands-on SharePoint Online administration required.
• Hands-on Teams administration required.
• Hands-on OneDrive administration required.
• Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD administration required.
• Microsoft 365 E3/E5 licensing knowledge required.
• Identity & access management including SSO/MFA/CA required.
• Senior-level / Tier 3 production support experience required.
• On-call and on-site presence in Tulsa four days a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end administration, engineering, licensing, and governance of the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot, and Entra ID.
• Manage Microsoft 365 E3/E5 licensing and optimize license governance.
• Build and configure SharePoint sites and manage permissions and security.
• Monitor roadmap, evaluate capabilities for value and security fit.
• Guide testing, staging, and production readiness for new capabilities.
• Provide Tier 3 production support for the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Lead root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews for critical issues.
• Document solutions and implement improvements for reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable Microsoft 365 solutions.
