Job summary

Nexus Innovations, a North Dakota-based firm serving clients nationwide, is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Solutions Consultant. You will work directly with clients to understand business challenges and design Microsoft 365-based solutions including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and AI capabilities.

You will translate business needs into practical technology, lead discovery, plan deployments, and enable customers through training and adoption, while upholding Nexus' servant leadership

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies and business solutions including SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Copilot and related apps.
• Ability to gather requirements, facilitate discovery sessions, and translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Experience designing solutions that modernize the workplace, improve content management, and drive operational efficiency.
• Experience in administration, migrations, governance, and adoption planning is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering with customers and stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and identify improvements via Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Develop solution designs, implementation plans, and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver projects.
