Job summary

WellStreet Urgent Care is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to own the M365 platform, focusing on identity, endpoint and data governance. You will drive governance, automation and secure configurations across Entra ID, Intune, Purview and Defender across the tenant.

You’ll implement code-driven management, work with Graph APIs and PowerShell, and establish compliant baselines for HIPAA/HITRUST environments.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in M365, identity or security engineering, with tenant‑level depth in Entra ID and Intune.
• Real Purview configuration experience: writing DLP policies, labeling, retention, eDiscovery.
• Microsoft Graph and PowerShell fluency. Automate by default with real API work; Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design sensitivity label taxonomy and DLP policies across Exchange, SharePoint, Teams.
• Implement SSO and SCIM for clinical vendors and troubleshoot deprovisioning webhooks.
• Close quarterly access reviews on privileged groups using Graph scripts.
• Triage CVEs from SecOps and manage remediation cadence.
• Migrate Intune config from admin center into a code repo.
