Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field (or equivalent)
• 6+ years in IT supporting Windows environments
• 3+ years SharePoint admin and automation development
• 3+ years Microsoft Teams implementation and admin
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools: SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps
• Experience with PowerShell and Python scripting

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Teams and SharePoint Online environments.
• Manage SharePoint site collections, libraries, permissions, and workflows.
• Ensure Teams and SharePoint security, compliance, and governance policies.
• Develop automation using Power Automate, Power Apps, and scripting.
• Collaborate with university partners to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide training and document automation processes.
