Qualifications

5+ years supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
Deep expertise in: SharePoint Online.
Deep expertise in: Microsoft Teams.
Deep expertise in: OneDrive for Business.
Deep expertise in: Exchange Online.
Advanced PowerShell scripting experience.
Experience building Azure Automation Runbooks.
Experience with Microsoft Graph APIs.
Experience with SharePoint app registrations and governance.
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Administer and engineer enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, Groups, and Copilot.
Perform day-to-day platform administration, configuration, maintenance, and service health monitoring.
Identify platform risks, service issues, and improvement opportunities, and drive resolution.
Troubleshoot escalated incidents, document findings, and support root-cause analysis.
Open and drive Microsoft support cases with Microsoft engineers to troubleshoot complex issues.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts, Azure Automation runbooks, and operational tools.
