Core BTS is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to manage escalated issues primarily related to M365 Security. The role involves troubleshooting, providing solutions, and conducting performance assessments of client environments.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of technical support experience with Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Knowledge of Entra ID and Microsoft Defender functionalities.
• Understanding of automation scripting and Microsoft cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot advanced issues and provide solutions.
• React to cases alerted by monitoring tools.
• Provide escalation within M365 tenant environment.
